Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item

Please double-check sizing charts and product descriptions before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily replace it or issue a refund.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll handle it quickly and make it right.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Please check with your local post office or neighbors first.
  • If still missing, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale, unless defective.
